I got my sample in the mail, loved the color and touch, but limited to only a few
width x length. I hoped that they could custom the rug for my hallway. Sad.
Of all the rugs I've ever owned, this is my absolute favorite. So soft and warm, it makes me happy every time I walk on it! It has survived 3 moves with me and looks as nice as the day I got it.

Loved the neutral color and texture of the rug. Made well and quickly shipped. There is certainly something to be said about a natural fiber under your feet. It’s so much softer and comforting underfoot than man made fiber rugs.
The sample tiles I ordered were received within a day and a half! I was impressed with the boxed presentation details as well as the carpet itself, beautiful and soft. I am still determining which color I will go with.
